All membership plans, subscription fees, and service charges once paid are non-refundable.
We do not guarantee a successful match or marriage; our role is to provide a platform for connections.
Refunds will not be issued for unused membership days, unavailability of matches, or dissatisfaction with services.
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
Duplicate Payment: If a payment is accidentally made more than once for the same service.
Technical Error: If a transaction fails due to a technical issue but the amount is debited from your account.
To request a refund, you must email our support team at support@goodnessmatrimony.com within 7 days of the transaction.
You will need to provide proof of payment (transaction ID, bank statement, or receipt).
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Users can cancel their membership anytime, but no refund will be issued for the remaining period.
If you delete or deactivate your account, the subscription fee already paid will not be refunded.
Goodness Matrimony reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
